Shipping policy
Queenz By Amrudha ships Kerala and Indian ethnic wear from the UK to customers across Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
We dispatch 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. UK delivery is free on orders over £100.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We dispatch Monday to Saturday. There are no dispatches on Sundays or UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are counted from the day we dispatch, not the day you order. Royal Mail working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery within the UK (including Northern Ireland)
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail.
- Standard Delivery (£4.00): sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 3–5 working days.
- Express Delivery (£5.00): sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please allow 1–2 working days.
- Free delivery on UK orders over £100. This applies to both Standard and Express.
We'll email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If your UK order hasn't arrived within 8 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll help you straight away.
Remote and Offshore Postcodes
Royal Mail's delivery aims apply to most UK addresses. Royal Mail gives no delivery target time for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 parcels to the postcode areas below. Orders to these areas may take longer, even with Express Delivery:
AB30–38, AB41–45, AB51–56, AB99, BT (Northern Ireland), DD8–10, DG7–9, FK8, FK15–21, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH10–11, PH13–14, PH17–18, PH19–44, PH49–50, TD15, TR21–25, GY (Guernsey), IM (Isle of Man), JE (Jersey), ZE (Shetland).
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland
- Delivery costs £12.00 for parcels up to 2kg.
- Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days after dispatch.
- Orders follow the same dispatch schedule as UK orders (see above).
Customs and VAT: Customs duty, import VAT and carrier handling fees may apply to orders sent to the Republic of Ireland. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout. The recipient pays them separately, usually to the carrier before the parcel is released. If a parcel is refused or the charges are not paid, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
Parcels Over 2kg
The prices above cover parcels up to 2kg, which includes most orders. For heavier orders, please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.
Pre-Order Products
Some products are made or sourced to order in India and shipped to the UK after you order. These are clearly marked as pre-order on the product page.
- Estimated delivery: 5–25 working days.
- If your pre-order hasn't arrived within 30 working days, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
- Weekends and public holidays in both India and the UK are not counted as working days.
Festive Season Delays
Carriers and suppliers often run slower during busy periods such as Onam, Vishu, Diwali, Christmas and the wedding season. If you need your outfit by a particular date, please order early, especially for pre-order items.
Delays Outside Our Control
Delays can happen for reasons outside our control, such as bad weather, strikes, customs checks or problems with a carrier's service. Your order will still be on its way, and we'll help you track it down if you need us to.
Address Details
Please check that your delivery address is correct before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Outside the UK and Ireland
We currently deliver only to the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you're elsewhere in Europe, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know whether we can help.
